Our primary objective in the Tooling vertical is placing the right tool in the application along with the Quality (Metrology) of the finished part.

Secondary, we focus on the speed and accuracy with which the part can be produced and the repeatability of manufacture in both high volume production runs and job shop type short runs.

Both areas are characterized by quality products which, along with our advice and guidance, optimize production for our customers to reduce their costs.

The advice and guidance often involve several parts of the production process, such as choice of tooling options and optimization of machining parameters, including cutting speed, pressure and feed rate.
