Mid Iowa Tools uses a proprietary JIT / Kanban System. The system provides a controlled program that permits requisitioning from Mid Iowa Tools in a simple and functionally effective manner. It is also proven to be effective in reducing, and some cases even eliminating, process paperwork (cost of acquisition) and in-plant inventories (cost of possession).
