The ATM is an advanced solution for controlling and monitoring high usage, high value tools such as carbide inserts, end mills, twist drills and taps. Any item you want is delivered automatically to the users of the tool within their work centers. It is a self-contained, secure, computer controlled dispensing system that can hold up to 60 different tools in each unit and provide 24 hour unattended availability.

The ATM System

Will decrease machine down time by providing tools at the point of use. It will provide a secure, remote tool crib that authorized employees can access to vend their tools.

Your employees will no longer have to make a long trip to the tool crib to get the tools they need. They can simply walk to the nearest ATM, enter their employee number, department, job and/or machine, and select the tool.

The ATM system will save you time and money by introducing accountability for tool consumption, reducing inventory levels, assuring better tool availability and fewer stock outs, and minimizing tool obsolescence.
